Overtime your boiler becomes less efficient due to low maintenance, system pipe work blocking up causing sludgy water to heat up. Upon every boiler installation we fit a magnetic filter, this will prolong the life of your new boiler. We carry out power flushing on new heating system installations and existing heating systems. This will remove any rust or old sludgy/dirty water that has built up. The chemicals we use will break up and loosen any soot at the bottom of your radiator, the machine will then capture and remove it all from the heating system. Protector chemicals will be installed on completion to prevent this happening again.

A boiler service to help keep your boiler running smoothly
Your gas boiler is an essential part of your home. You rely on it to bring you heating and hot water. Carrying out a boiler service will help keep it running smoothly throughout the year and will reduce the risk of a breakdown or leak occurring at unwanted times. We will also offer advice and tips on using your heating more efficiently.
Fully qualified to service boilers
Please be aware that only Gas Safe Registered engineers are fully qualified and legally allowed to service gas boilers. We recommend checking an engineer's Gas Safe credentials before they service your boiler. Our engineers are more than happy to show you their Gas Safe ID card upon request as it is a requirement for them to carry this on the job.
What's included in a boiler service?
When we carry out a boiler service, we'll undertake some of the following checks depending on the type of boiler you have:
- All of the major components, heat exchanger and burners are running efficiently.
- The inlet pressure of the gas is set to a safe and efficient level
- Remove any build-up of combustion from the heat exchanger and condense trap reducing the risk of any blockages stopping your boiler from working.
- Clean boiler parts as required.
- Check expansion vessel pressure is set to the correct level.
- Clean magnetic filters.
- Test heating system water quality and advise if a power flush is needed.

We provide emergency breakdown service including detection of gas leaks and other leaks; We will ensure you that any problems will be resolved and advise what is needed for the repair keeping you updated professionally throughout.
